As a 1:1 Client, you receive all of the tools and support you need to finally take charge of your own hormone health.
Morganne will guide you towards the right steps and protocols — but more importantly she will educate you on your body and health so you gain cycle literacy and bodily autonomy.

After your consult and prior to your first session, you will fill out an in depth health history form.
Hormone health is deeply connected to every system of the body. When dealing with any sort of hormonal imbalance or dysfunction, it is crucial to address areas such as:
Chronic stress
Sleep health/Circadian health
Nutrition/Blood Sugar
Self talk/beliefs
Cycle literacy
Etc!
Morganne looks at every aspect of your health before recommending a tailored protocol.
She listens to your primary concerns and symptoms, and uses this assessment to gather all of the information necessary to work on the things that you actually care about.

Each 45 minute session after intake will consist of a deep dive into an area(s) of focus.
A typical session looks like this:
Check in/Updates
How you are feeling emotionally and physically
What changes you’ve noticed since implementing ‘xyz’ recommendations
Any questions or concerns you may have about certain recommendations, symptoms, or the protocol as a whole
Discussing the next steps of your tailored protocol and what the options are for specific tools
Working together to decide on action points to implement before the next session that feel doable and aren’t overwhelming
After each session:
You will receive a detailed copy of the notes from the session, so you don’t have to carry the mental load of remembering every detail of what we discussed
Session notes include:
Brief summary (what we discussed, what the major updates/highlights were)
Points of consideration for next session that we will be circling back to
Immediate action points that we decided on and WHY, along with any resources necessary for those points

As a client, you will have constant support between sessions - not just during the 45 minute sessions themselves.
Why? Because healing is not simple!
Realistically, questions will come up between sessions - and you should not have to wait around until the next session to continue prioritizing your health.
Mental Load:
Women struggling with hormone health problems on their own are tasked with a massive mental load:
Carrying the weight of constant health anxiety
Doing your own research to find the root cause of your symptoms
Trying to find a practitioner who actually listens to you and takes your concerns seriously
